中厚板热矫正机在矫正钢板过程中,工作辊辊面出现粘钢造成钢板面压痕。以邯钢中厚板九辊热矫正机工作辊存在的问题为例简述了热矫正机粘钢的机理及采取的预防措施,有效防止了矫正机工作辊辊面粘钢。

During plate hot flattener was working, gluing steel on the work roller surface made impression on the plate. An example was given about the problem on the work roUer of the nine roller hot flattener which located in Hansteel medium plate factory, the mechanism and prevention measures of gluing steel on the hot flattener roller are discussed, gluing steel on the hot flattener work roller have been prevented effectively.
