Discussion about Ideal Ways for Nursing Professional Education Based on the Career Self-efficacy Theory Model

摘要 我国高等护理教育发展历史较短,诸多客观因素以及人们的传统观念影响护生的生涯自我效能。而生涯自我效能影响个体生涯目标的建立、职业选择、生涯行为的坚持性,并影响着个体的生涯绩效。本研究在分析生涯自我效能模式的基础上,探索理想的护士职业教育模式,从而提高护生生涯自我效能。 The history of college nursing education is rather short in China. Many outside factors and people' s conventional ideas affect the career self-efficacy of nurses. Career self-efficacy impedes establishment of the career target, selection of jobs and insistence of career behavior, as well as career achievement. The paper tries to discuss about the ideal ways to improve career self-efficacy in nurse students and the ideal nursing professional education based on the analysis.
