摘要
脱脂是陶瓷注射成型工艺中非常重要的一步,本文采用差热分析和热失重分析方法研究了注射成型用有机物分别在空气和氮气气氛中的热分解行为,讨论了脱脂机理。研究了大尺寸形状复杂的涡轮转子坯体的脱脂过程。通过合理的升温制度和气氛压力控制。
Removal of organic binder is a very important step for ceramic injection molding.In this paper thermal degradation behaviors of organic binder were characterized by the analysis of thermogravimetry (TGA),and the mechanism of binder removal was discussed.The debinding process of rotor body with large size and complicated shape was also studied.Defect-free rotors were successfully obtained by reasonable heating system and controlling of atmosphere pressure.
