2008年强化血糖控制临床证据的解读和思考 被引量：3

摘要 对于强化降糖治疗而言，通过DCCT和UKPDS（united kingdom prospective diabetes study）及其后续试验研究，已无人再质疑降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）可预防、治疗和逆转2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者动脉粥样硬化的进程，减少大血管事件的发生。甚至有的学者认为，为了降低心脑血管事件，血糖必须完全控制在正常，HbAle控制在6．5%或6．0％。
