摘要
目的探讨白首乌总苷与环磷酰胺(CY)合用对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法选择小鼠H22肝癌、S180腹水瘤制备肿瘤模型;按计划给药10 d后,称重计算胸腺指数,MTT比色法检查脾脏T、B淋巴细胞的增殖能力。结果白首乌总苷单独使用无明显抗肿瘤作用,但可增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数(和模型组比较P<0.05)及T、B淋巴细胞的增殖能力(和模型组比较P<0.001)。白首乌总苷与CY联合使用,可明显增加CY治疗的荷H22小鼠胸腺指数(和CY组比较P<0.05)及T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力(和CY组比较P<0.001);可明显增加CY治疗的荷S180小鼠的体重及胸腺指数(和CY治疗组比较P<0.05),明显增强其B淋巴细胞增殖能力(和CY组比较P<0.01)。结论通过本实验证明白首乌总苷与常用化疗药CY合用可改善化疗后小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能,对常用化疗药有一定减毒作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of general steroidal glycosides from Radix Cynanchi Auriculati combined with cyclophosphamide(CY) on immunity in mice with tumor.Methods The tumor model was established in mice by injection of cell line of liver cancer(H22) and ascites tumor(S180).After drug administration for ten days the mice were weighed and thymus indexes were calculated.The proliferations of T cells and B cells of spleen was detected by MTT.Results When general steroidal glycosides from Radix Cynanchi Auriculati was used alone it had no significant antitumor effect,but increased the thymus indexes compared those with the model group(P〈0.05) and improved proliferations of T cells and B cells compared with those of model group(P〈0.001) in mice with tumor.When general steroidal glycosides from Radix Cynanchi Auriculati was combined with CY,it increased significantly the thymus indexes(compared with those of CY group,P〈0.05) and improved proliferations of T cells and B cells(compared with those of model group,P〈0.001) in mice with H22 treated with CY.It increased significantly the weight and thymus indexes(compared with those of CY group,P〈0.05) and improved proliferation of B cells(compared with that of CY group,P〈0.01) in mice with S180 treated with CY.Conclusion General steroidal glycosides from Radix Cynanchi Auriculati combined with CY can improve cell immunity and humoral immunity in mice after chemotherapy and reduce the toxicity of common chemotherapeutic drugs.
