摘要
采用几种不同的腐蚀工艺对烧结Al2O3-Nb或Al2O3-Mo复合陶瓷试样进行腐蚀,并应用扫描电镜对腐蚀后的试样进行观察。比较表明,在低于烧结温度约150℃下进行的热腐蚀能够清晰地揭示基质Al2O3的晶粒结构,并且与化学的效果不同,保留了金属相粒子。
Several different etching techniques were applied for etching Al_2O_3-Nb or Al_2O_3-Mo composites and the etched samples were observed using scanning electron microscope(SEM).These techniques included thermal etching,mixed acid solution etching and borate polishing.The comparison shows that the thermal etching carried out at a temperature lower than the sintering temperature can obviously reveal the grain structure of Al_2O_3 matrix.The metallic particles after thermal etching were not moved away from the samples,as normally occurred in chemical etching.This is helpful to study the combination state between the matrix and the secondary metallic particles in the composites.
