摘要
本文论述了建立了从地籍数据采集,到数据检查、编辑、入库、更新、维护等一套标准化、制度化、自动化的信息数据管理体系;采用关系型图属一体化空间数据库来储存、管理大城市的地籍空间和非空间数据;采用分片空间索引技术,解决了海量数据与速度之间的矛盾;办公自动化中应用WEBGIS技术直接查询相应的空间图形和属性,在数据量大的情况下,保持了较高的检索效率;开发建成了网络化、完整、不断维护更新的自动化地籍管理运行体系。
This paper constructs a set of standardized, institutionalized and automatized data management system covering cadastral data collection, cheek-up, editing, storage, renewal, maintenance etc. In this system, the relation graphics attribute database is used to store and manage the spatial and non-spatial eadastral data of the big city; and the dividing slice space index technique is used to solve the conflict between huge amount of data and the speed. In Office Automation System, WEBGIS technique is applied to directly query the corresponding spatial graph and attribute, and the high retrieval efficiency is kept despite of huge amount of data. Based on these techniques, the automatized cadastral management system which can be operated through internet and renewed over time is constructed.
