贝那普利与硝普钠联合治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Benazepril and Nitroprusside Sodium for the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的探讨在常规治疗基础上加用硝普钠与贝那普利对肺心病急性加重期的疗效。方法对60例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者应用硝普钠和贝那普利。在治疗前后同步检测心功能、动脉血气,与常规治疗组(34例)对照。结果硝普钠与贝那普利治疗后,血气指标,心功能指标明显改善(P<0.01);对照组的各项指标有所改善(P<0.05),但以治疗组改善明显,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠与贝那普利联用治疗肺心病急性加重期有明显疗效。

Objective To study the efficacy of nitroprusside sodium combination benazepril in the treatment of acute exacerbation of corpulmonary. Methods Control group（60 cases）：patients used conventional therapy.Treatment group（60 cases）：patients used conventional therapy and nitroprusside sodium combination benazepril treat. The heart function and ABG were analyzed. Results Compared to the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was much higher（P〈0.01）.The heart function and ABG of treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nitroprusside sodium combination benazepril has obviously effects in treatment of acute exacerbation of corpulmonary.
