摘要
目的合理地进行护理人力资源管理,提高护理服务质量。方法用人力资源管理的理论和方法;阐述了护理人力资源开发与管理的目的意义;护理人力资源现状;重点分析了护理人力资源短缺的原因。结果建立健全适应现代护理需求的护理人力资源管理机制。结论只有加强护理人员素质建设,合理利用人力资源,有效的绩效评价;才能最大限度发挥护理人员的智慧和潜能,提高护理服务质量。
Objective Performing properly the management of nursing manpower, Improving the quality of nursing service. Methods Using the theory and method of the management of human resources to expound the aim and significance of the development and management of nursing, the present situation of nursing manpower; mainly analyzing the cause of the shortage of nursing manpower. Results Establishing a sound mechanism of the management of nursing manpower to meet the modern nursing requirements. Conclusions Only by strengthening the construction of the quality of nursing staff, properly utilizing human resources and effective achievement appraisal can we let the nursing staff give full play to their wisdom and potential, hence improving the quality of nursing service.
