变换器最佳操作温度分析

根据所需催化剂体积最少作为目标函数的两类条件式，对合成氨生产变换器进出口温度的确定进行了讨论。以吉林某化工厂为例对中变两段变换器进出口温度与气体组成的最佳分配进行了计算。

Inter temperature and outlet temperature of the converter for ammonia production was discussed when volume of catalyst is minimum and it is regarded as two kinds of conditions formula of objective function.And the inlet and outlet temperature of the medium pressure two stage converter and optimum distribution of gas composition were calculated in detail by taking a certain chemical plant in jilin as an example.
