摘要
介绍粉粒体静壁面摩擦系数在粉粒体工程设计中的应用及重要性,分析了影响该摩擦系数的因素以及国内外测试粉粒体静壁面摩擦系数的几种常用方法。提出了双向法测试粉粒体静壁面摩擦系数,并详细介绍了该法的适用范围、设备设计原则、测试步骤、注意事项及测试结果的数据处理以及测试报告的内容,并将该方法与常用方法进行比较,以说明该法的优点。
Application and significance of the friction coefficient of powder/particle and static wall in the engineering design are introduced,and the factors affecting the coefficient are analyzed as well as several measuring methods commonly used presently.A dualdirection measuring method is proposed for the coefficient,of which the applicable range,design principle of apparatus,measuring procedures,operation notices,data treatment technique and calculation method are demonstrated in detail,and the content and form of report are also specified.Finally,the advantages of the proposed method are shown by comparison with the conventional techniques.
