摘要
目的了解医院护理人员工作绩效评价方法及其满意度,以完善绩效考评制度。方法采用方便抽样的方法,应用医院内部绩效评价调查问卷,对某综合医院的251名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员收入主要来源于基本工资和奖金;晋升和培训机会主要依据工作年限和能力;对医院绩效评价满意度和工作成就感较低。结论应对护理人员工作绩效评价进行改革,以提高护理人员满意度及工作成就感。
Objective To investigate the present means of performance appraisal and the satisfaction in nursing staff, and to improve the performance appraisal system. Method A total of 251 nursing staff from a general hospital were recruited and investigated with the hospital performance appraisal questionnaire. Results The nursing staff' s income mainly came front basic wage and bonus. Their opportunities of promotion and training mainly based on the years of working experience and competence. They showed low satisfaction with the current means of performance appraisal and lower level of job achievement. Conclusion It is suggested to reform the means of performance appraisal to improve nurses' satisfaction and job achievement.
