摘要
目的探讨护理实习生实习前规范化培训的方法。方法选择护理学院306名护理大专实习生,于实习前对其进行规范化培训2周,并进行考核。结果护生综合理论考核及操作技能考核成绩显著高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论实习前规范化培训可提高护理实习生的综合能力。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of standardized training for the nursing students before internship. Method The two - week standardized training and examination were provided for the 306 associate degree nursing students before internship. Result After the training, the students＇ theory and skills performance were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Standardized training before internship can improve the nursing students＇ comprehensive abilities.
