摘要
提出了电沉积铑技术中的两个难点，即电解液的配制和铑镀层中残余内应力的消除。研究了相应的解决办法，并介绍了铑镀层的应用。
Two problems in electrodeposition of noble metal Rh were proposed. They were of how to prepare the electrolyte and of how to remove the residual stress in electrodeposited Rh coat. Measures for solving the problems have been studied and some applications of Rh coat were introduced.
