摘要
目的:探讨清纤方抗肝纤维化的治疗机制。方法:利用CCl4制备肝纤维化大鼠模型,分为正常组、模型组、清纤方组、秋水仙碱组。治疗8周后,用HE和Masson染色观察肝纤维化的形成,RT-PCR和免疫组化检测肝组织中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA和蛋白的表达在治疗组均明显减少。结论:清纤方对CCl4引起的肝纤维化治疗是有效的。
Purpose:To explore the Qingxianfang therapy of anti liver fibrosis.Method:Prepare the model of fibrosis bandicoot liver by using CCl4.Models are divided into the normal group,model group,Anti-liver Fibrosis group and colchicines group.After a treatment of eight weeks,an observation is done by dyeing with HE and Masson,immunohistochemistry and detecting the expression of collagen mRNA type Ⅰ,type Ⅲ and protein with RT-PCR.Result:Collagen type Ⅰ,type Ⅲ and the expression of mRNA obviously decreased.Conclusion:Qingxianfang is able to reverse liver fibrosis caused by CCl_4.
