化瘀通络中药对MsPGN大鼠血栓素B_2及6-酮前列腺素F_(1α)表达的影响

The offect of HuaYuTongLuo on the Expression of TXB_2 and 6-KetoPGF_(1α) in Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis Rats

目的:观察化瘀通络中药对系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠血栓素B2(TXB2)及6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)表达的影响。方法:40只大鼠随机分为4组,复制MsPGN大鼠模型,12周后观察结果。结果:模型组TXB2含量与空白组相比明显升高(P<0.01),6-Keto-PGF1α含量明显降低(P<0.01);2治疗组与模型组相比TXB2明显降低(P<0.01),6-Keto-PGF1α明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀通络中药能纠正MsPGN代谢紊乱,延缓肾脏疾病的进程。

Objective：To observe the effect of HuaYuTongLuo on the expression of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis（MsPGN） rats.40 SD rats were divided four groups by random.The MsPGN model was copied by report.The expression of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α was observed after 12 weeks.Result：The expression of TXB_2 in model group was obviously higher than that of blank group（P〈0.01）,the content of 6-Keto-PGF_（1α） was remarkably lower（P〈0.01）.Compared with model group,the expression of TXB_2 in curing groups was obviously lower（P〈0.01）,the content of 6-Keto-PGF_（1α） was remarkably higher（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：HuaYuTongLuo could retrieve the disorder and delay the progress of MsPGN.
