摘要
目的:观察雷公藤多苷对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠灌服血生化指标的影响。方法:80只SD;;雄性大鼠随机分为正常组和模型组,正常组和模型组分别分为低、中、高剂量组和空白对照组,共8组,每组10只;依次灌服雷公藤多苷7mg/kg、70mg/kg、105mg/kg 3个剂量,每天1次,连续2周;末次给药24h后取血,检测ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、BUN、TP、T-BIL、CRE、TG和GLU。结果:与正常低剂量组比较,模型低剂量组AST的数值降低;模型中剂量组与正常中剂量组相比,ALP数值降低;模型高剂量组与正常高剂量组比较,ALP数值降低。结论:雷公藤多苷对正常大鼠肝生化指标的影响高于AA大鼠。
Objective:To observe the influence of blood biochemical indicators in adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats administered orally tripterygium polyglycoside.Method:Eighty Sprague-Dawley(SD) male rats are randomly divided into normal and model group.The normal group and model group are respectively divided into including low,medium,high-dose group and blank group,ten rats in each group.The rats are administered orally with tripterygium polyglycoside with the dose of 7mg/kg,70mg/kg and 105mg/kg every day for two weeks.After twenty-four hour the last oral administration,the blood is obtained and is used for testing ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,BUN,TP,T-BIL,CRE,TG and GLU.Results:Compare with the normal low dose group,AST level decreases in the model low dose group.Compare with the normal medium dose group,ALP level decreases in the model medium dose group.Compare with the normal high dose group,ALP level decreases in the model high dose group.Conclusion:With oral administration tripterygium polyglycoside,the liver biochemical indicators of normal rats are higher that of AA rats.
