蜂胶对糖尿病大鼠创面新生血管和细胞增殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察蜂胶对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠创面愈合的影响。方法:wistar大鼠80只,分为4组:对照组(①0.9%氯化钠注射液处理、②蜂胶处理),模型组(③0.9%氯化钠注射液处理、④蜂胶处理)。模型组大鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶,制成糖尿病模型。4周后所有动物背部两侧制造直径为1.8cm的圆形全皮层创面。分别观察各组的创面愈合时间、伤口愈合率并用HE染色法观察伤口愈合情况,免疫组化法检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及第八因子相关抗原(FⅧ-RAg)的表达。结果:与0.9%氯化钠注射液处理相比,蜂胶处理能明显提高创面愈合率(P<0.01),缩短创面愈合时间(P<0.01),促进PCNA和FⅧ-Rag的表达(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶可以促进糖尿病大鼠创面新生毛细血管生长和细胞增殖,加速创面愈合。蜂胶对糖尿病伤口有综合治疗作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of propolis on wound heahng of diabetic rats induced by alloxan. METHODS: 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group 1 treated with saline, control group 2 treated with propolis, model group 1 treated with saline, and model group 2 with propolis. Rats in model groups were given alloxan by vena caudalis injection to induce hyperglycemia. 4 weeks later, a round skin of 1.8 cm in diameter was excised on the two sides of the back of each rat. The wound healing time and healing rate were observed, and the wound healing condition was studied by HE staining method; the expressions of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and factor related antigen (FⅧ -RAg) were studied by immunohistochemical assay. RESULTS: As compared with those treated with saline, those treated with propolis showed significantly higher wound healing rate ( P 〈 0.01), shorter healing time ( P 〈 0.01), and enhanced expressions of PCNA and FⅧ- RAg (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: Propolis can promote capillary vessel's growth and cell proliferation and accelerate wound healing of diabetic rats, thus Propolis has a comprehensive therapeutic effect on diabetic wound.
