复方丹参注射液的不良反应及相关因素分析

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Compound Danshen Injection and the Related Factors

目的:探讨复方丹参注射液的不良反应及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1997～2008年国内医药学期刊报道应用复方丹参注射液所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:复方丹参注射液可致免疫、心血管、消化、血液、泌尿、神经等系统不良反应,尤以变态反应为主,在变态反应中以过敏性休克较为多见。结论:临床人员应了解复方丹参注射液所致不良反应特点,合理使用。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by Compound Danshen injection and the related factors so as to provide reference for its rational administration in the clinic. METHODS： The ADR cases induced by Compound Danshen injection reported in domestic medical journals between 1997 and 2008 were retrieved for statistical analysis. RESULTS： Multi - systems could be involved in the ADRs induced by Compound Danshen injection such as cardiovascular system, digestive system, hematological system, urinary system and nervous system etc, which manifested primarily as allergies, especially the allergic shock. CONCLUSION： Clinicians should familiarize the characteristics of the ADRs induced by Compound Danshen injection so as to achieve rational use of this medicine.
