肝细胞移植是目前治疗终末期肝病的有效措施，其包括肝细胞的分离、培养、冷冻保存等步骤。肝细胞的冷冻保存是其中重要的环节之一，决定了肝细胞复苏后的存活率。本文将对肝细胞的冻存问题作以下综述。
Hepatocyte transplantation is an effective method for the end stage liver diseases. This procedure includes hepatocyte isolation, culture, cryoprescrvation and so on. The cryopreservation is an important aspect for hepatocyte transplantation, which determines the viability after the resuscitation. The hepatocyte cryopreservation will be summarized in this passage.
