摘要
用5－Br－DMPAP作显色剂，表面活性剂CTMAB作增溶剂，采用分光光度法测定微量锗。结果表明：方法的线性范围为：2．5～25．0μg／25mL，表现摩尔吸光系数为7．97×104L．cm－1．mol-1，变异系数为3．5％，回收率为99．6％。
A method to detect the content of Micro-rhodium by spectrophotometrymethod is studied.5-Br-DMPAP is a reagent,CTMAB is a surface acthre agent.The results show that working range is 2. 5~25.0ug/25ml, Molar absorptivity is 7. 97 ×104L.cm -1. mol-1,R. S. D is 3. 5%,recovery is 99. 6%.
