基本技能比赛在外科学总论实习教学中的应用与评价

Application of the competition in basic surgical skills and its effects in surgical teaching

在外科学总论实习教学中，通过举办基本技能比赛，将日常教学与比赛内容紧密结合，充分发挥教师与学生的主观能动性，促进学生的训练和学习。比赛后对学生的问卷调查以及比赛成绩与考试成绩的分析结果表明，比赛有助于提高学生的外科学基本技能。

In the teaching of general principles and basic skills of surgery, a competition in basic surgical skills was organized between medical students in groups. After integrating the preparation of competition with routine surgical training course, both teachers and students were inspired to improve themselves in their teaching, learning and practicing. The results of the competition and the final test, as well as the students＇ survey, showed that the competition was an effective way to enhance the students＇ basic surgical skills and improve the outcomes of their learning.
