民办高校医学生专业操作技能教学改革的探讨

本文总结了山东万杰医学院医学影像学系通过加强实验、实训课程教学，实施专业操作技能测试，加大学生专业技能操作成绩比重，增加实验和实训课程学时安排，课余时间开放实训场所，增加学生亲手操作机会等方法，进行医学影像检查技术课程教学改革的实践过程，并探讨了民办高校的办学定位与专业发展的关系。课程改革使学生的专业操作技能得到明显提高，具有一定的实效性及可操作性。
