摘要
本文阐述了肿瘤专科医院开展进修教育的工作思路，以及如何突出肿瘤学科特色，在进修方式、培训内容、质量控制及理论授课等方面的工作改进和实践。
The author expounded the ideas for work of further education in cancer hospital,and elucidated the work design and practice of further education model, training content, quality control and theory lecture to meet the demand of the studying physicians based on the features of oncology.
