摘要
光电轴角码器是一种测角传感器,因其测量精度高而被广泛应用于多种领域。为了实现直线位移的精确测量,通常采用光电轴角编码器把直线位移转换成角位移进行测量。在对现有光电轴角编码器测角原理研究的基础上,设计了三轴联动多圈编码器。实验结果证明该种编码器较以往多圈编码器具有测量精度高、尺寸小、结构简单、装调方便等特点,同时消除了齿轮传动误差,放宽齿轮系加工要求,降低了加工成本,提高了市场竞争力,为设计更多圈数的组合编码器提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Photoelectric encoder is a sort of measuring angle sensor, which is widely used in many fields for its high measuring precision. In order to realize precision measurement of line displacement, photoelectric encoder is usually adopted. An three axes linkage mulitloop encoder is designed based on the principle of traditional photoelectric encoder. The experimental results prove the encoder having many advantages such as high precision, small size, simple configuration, convenient installment and adjustment. In addation, the transmission errors of gear are eliminated, machining requirement of gear system is broadened, machining cost is reduced and market competition is improved, which provide theory and technique supports of designing more loops encoder.
