摘要
以Golf模型为例,通过使用美国Metris公司的MV-224 LASER RADAR扫描Golf模型,获得其模型的点云数据,并利用CATIA强大的造型功能对Golf模型进行曲面重构,最终得到Golf完整的造型模型。文中给出了Golf模型重构的一般步骤,对重构模型进行了相关的误差分析,并指出了重构时应注意的问题,从而使误差降低到可允许的范围之内,对相关的工业生产具有一定的指导意义。
This paper takes Golf model as an example, uses MV-224 LASER RADAR which is produced by the United States Metris Company scan Golfmodel, gets the point cloud dates ofthe model, and reconstructs the Golfmodel surface by the use of CATIA powerful modeling function, finally gets a complete Modeling model of the Golf. This paper also gives general steps of the reconstruction of the Golf model, and makes a relevant error analysis of the reconstruction model. At the same time, it shows the important points of reconstruction that people should pay attention to during the process, so that errors can be sure in the tolerance range.
