摘要
根据透明材料的反射与透射特性,采用光学成像原理,本文提出了一种基于激光准直、扩束发射、放大接收的光学系统和线阵CCD传感器件的石英管壁厚光电在线检测技术,其成果对石英管生产过程中的壁厚进行实时监控,使之控制在公差范围之内。本技术可实现高速度、高精度、非接触测量。
According to reflect and refraction characteristic of crystal materials, adopts the theory of optical formation of image, This paper advances on-line optical detection technology about quartz tube wall thickness based on laser collimation, extender transmitting, ampliflcatory reception and linear array CCD sensors pieces , This system can realize real time detection in production of silica tube, an to control the tolerance limits of them, which has several merits such as highspeed, high precision and non-contact measurement.
