补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎肾虚督寒血瘀证的临床研究

Bushenqiangdu Formula for curing ankylosing spondylitis(syndrome of kidney deficiency,Du meridian cold and blood stasis)

目的观察补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎(肾虚督寒血瘀证)的疗效。方法用补肾强督方治疗30例患者,观察治疗前后临床症状、中医证候、体征、C反应蛋白(CRP)、ESR、纤溶6项、血小板等相关检查的变化。结果患者各项临床症状、体征、实验室指标较治疗前均有好转,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异。纤溶6项中交联纤维蛋白降解产物D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性(TPA)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾强督方可减轻关节疼痛、晨僵等症状,改善指地距、枕墙距、Schober征等体征,尤其在改善患者血瘀证候方面有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Bushenqiangdu Formula on ankylosing spondylitis （syndrome of kidney deficiency, Du meridian cold and blood stasis）. Method The patients （n=30） with ankylosing spondylitis were treated with Bushenqiangdu Formula, and then the clinical symptoms, signs, TCM syndrome manifestations, examinations of C-reactive protein （CRP）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, 6 items of fibrinolysis and platelet in the patients were observed before and after the treatment. Result The clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indexes were relieved or changed in the patients after the treatment with significant difference compared with those before the treatment. There was significant difference in the comparison of D-dimer （DD）, fibrin degradation products （FDP）, antithrombin-III （AT-III） and tissue type piasminogen activator activity （t-PA） before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushenqiangdu Formula can relieve the symptoms or signs including arthralgia, morning anchylosis, finger to floor distance, occiput wall distance, Schober＇s sign, especially the syndrome of blood stasis in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
