摘要
综述了近年来蛋白质分析的研究进展,重点阐述了国内分光光度法、荧光光度法以及共振瑞利散射光度法在蛋白质测定研究中的应用,探讨了相关领域的研究发展趋势及方向。
A progress of the research on the analysis of protein in recent years was reviewed. The application of speetrophotometry, fluorometry, resonance rayleigh scattering photometry to the investigation of the determination of protein in China was mainly elaborated. The developing trend and direction of the researches in related fields were discussed.
