Assessment of Unilateral Neglect after Stroke

单侧忽略是卒中后常见的高级神经功能障碍之一，对卒中患者的神经功能有明显的消极影响。本文介绍了常用的评估方法，包括等分线段、删除测试、，晦摹试验、阅读和书写、物体找寻、声源定位、马甲测试、行为检查、轮椅碰撞试验和导航任务，最后评价了目前忽略评估方法的优势和不足。

Unilateral neglect is one of the common and advanced nervous disorders after stroke and an important indicator of a poor functional outcome. This review introduced several common assessments that include line bisection test, cancellation test, copying test, reading and writing, objectfinding test, locating the source of sound, vest test, behavioral assessment of neglect, wheelchair collision test and wheelchair navigation task. Finally, this review evaluated some advantage and disadvantage of different clinical measures.
