摘要
家庭暴力不仅直接对家庭成员的身心健康构成严重伤害和威胁,而且还会破坏家庭的稳定和安宁,与城镇相比,农村的家庭暴力受害者的合法权益往往得不到及时、有效的保护。本文针对我国农村妇女遭受家庭暴力的现状,分析家庭暴力发生的成因及防治对策。
The article deals with the wrrent situation of family violence in rural areas, analyzes the reasons why family violence occured and points out the countermeasures to prevent.
