Construction Technology of Tower Crane Demolition in Hangzhou International Conference Center

杭州国际会议中心主楼体量大,采用3台大型塔吊进行安装。利用屋面吊拆除塔吊,并在施工前综合设计分析屋面吊的安装位置、地下室顶板加固、各台塔吊的先后拆除顺序,最终确保塔吊安全拆除。重点介绍塔吊拆除的设计思路、安装屋面吊及拆除时的关键技术。建议利用屋面吊拆除塔吊时,须特别注意屋面吊基础对结构带来的安全隐患,以及拆塔准备与实施过程长等问题。

Three large tower cranes are adopted to install because of its greatness in Hangzhou International Conference Center. The tower cranes are demolished by roof hangs. Before construction, comprehensive analysis and designs are carried out including installation position of roof hangs, reinforcement of basement top plate and demolition order of every tower crane, which results in ensuring safety of tower crane demolition. Some key technologies are introduced on emphasis including design thought, roof hangs installation and demolition. The suggestions show that problems are paid attention including structure trouble about roof hang basement, demolition preparation and long construction time when tower cranes are demolished by roof hangs.
