摘要
基于某大荷载双层钢网架工程,针对设计条件苛刻和施工工期紧张的特点,介绍网架设计的基本参数选取、稳定性分析和舒适度分析以及支座设计和组合楼板设计。采用逆作法进行网架施工。详细阐述吊装措施、网架安装顺序和安装预起拱等施工工艺。通过采取有效措施,网架设计满足规范要求,施工在规定的工期内顺利完成,施工质量得以保证。
Based on the engineering of a steel double-deck grid with large load, the designs and analysis are discussed according to the characteristics including harsh design conditions and limited construction period, such as selection of basic parameters, stability analysis, comfort analysis and supporting design, composite floor plate design. Besides, the top-down method is used to construct the grid. The construction technologies are introduced including hoisting measures, installation sequence and pre-arching. The design of grid can meet the requirements of cede through effective measures, and construction is accomplished within specified time, which can ensure construction quality.
