摘要
钢结构吊装体系平衡状态确定的难点在于索力如何实现迭代平衡、刚体位移如何消除以及体系的弹性变形如何考虑。根据钢结构吊装体系的受力特性,建立其平衡状态确定的一种力学模型,通过虚加构件的方法来消除体系的刚体位移,以各吊索段内力相等为优化目标,进而构造了其平衡状态确定的优化迭代算法。能够真实地反映吊装体系由不平衡状态转变到平衡状态时其空间姿态和力学状态的演变过程,可有效模拟实际工程中钢结构的吊装。
The difficulties to determine the equilibrium state of hoisting structures are how to make the forces of the cables equal to each other, how to get rid of the rigid displacement and how to consider the elastic deformation of the structure. Based on the mechanical behavior of movable hoisting steel structures, a mechanical model is established which uses an additional member to get rid of the rigid displacement. By using the model, an optimization iteration method to determine the equilibrium state is proposed, which can simulate the variation of the mechanic and geometric state of the structures during the hoisting process accurately and effectively for arbitrary hoisting schemes.
