摘要
某钢筋混凝土薄壁地下连续墙(45cm厚)工程,开挖过程中发现局部墙体接头有渗漏现象。施工中对渗漏现象从隔离体的形式、接头位置的施工过程处理、设计墙体幅宽的划分、水下导管混凝土浇筑等方面进行了原因分析,并从设计和施工两方面制定了有效的后续施工对策。对已经发生渗漏的部位,采取多种封堵技术。结果表明渗漏原因分析合理,纠正和预防措施得当,成功地解决薄壁地下连续墙施工接头渗漏的质量通病。
During construction of a reinforced concrete underground diaphragm wall (45cm thick) in a certain project, seepage was observed during the excavation of diaphragm wall. The causes of leakage were researched in various aspects of the construction process such as type of diaphragms, treatment of connection parts, division of designed width of diaphragm walls and the underwater concrete pouring process. The causes and effective consequent proposals are put forward from design and construction. Comprehensive blocking techniques have been taken at the seepage positions. It is concluded that the common quality defects of leaking joints in the thin diaphragm walls could be rectified and prevented by rational research of seepages causes and proper treatment.
