摘要
采用萃取与电渗析集成技术及自行设计的设备,研究了混合硫酸溶液体系中Ni2+、Co2+离子分离。考察了体积流量、电流密度、萃取剂P204皂化率、原料的质量比、原料与萃取剂摩尔比等对分离效果的影响,并以正交实验确定了因素的影响程度。实验结果表明,体积流量80 L/h、电流密度2.78 mA/cm2、萃取剂皂化率70%、原料中NiSO4.6H2O与CoSO4.7H2O的质量比1∶2、原料同萃取剂的摩尔配比1∶2为优化条件;原料质量比对分离因子影响最大;分离因子在8以上。
Ionic separation of Ni^2 + and Co^2+ from their mixed sulphate solution system by the integrated extraction and electmdialysis is studied in a self-designed unit. The effects of separating factors such as the volumetric flow rate, the current density, the saponification rate of P204 extractant, the mass ratio of raw matcrials, the molar ratio of raw materials to extractant on separation are, investigated, and the influence degree of factors are determined by orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the optimal operational conditions are as follows: 80 L/h of volumetric flow rote, 2.78 ma/cm2 of current density, 70% of the saponification ratio of extractant 1:2 of the mass ratio of NiSO4 ·6H2O to CoSO4· 7H2O, 1:2 of the molar ratio of mw materials to extractant. The mass ratio of raw materials is the most influencing factor on the separation.And the separation factor can math higher than 8.
