麦草化肥制浆新工艺研究

摘要 通过对传统麦草化学制浆工艺的研究改进,探索试验使用对生态环境有益的无机化肥(氮磷镁复盐)代替钠碱蒸煮麦草、制浆造纸,提出了有机麦草+无机化肥的"麦草化肥制浆"新工艺和"三挤两置换"分离提取的无害化黑液+蒸发浓缩+改性复合+喷雾干燥的黑液资源化新技术。实践证明,采用此新工艺技术,不但能消除传统麦草制浆造纸黑液的污染源,而且可利用联产的无害化黑液制备新型环保肥料,用于治理荒漠沙化土地。 Through the improvement of the traditional technology of wheat straws chemical pulping, the environment friendly inorganic fertilizers(nitrogen phosphorus nmgnesium double salt) are chosen to replace the sodium alkali for wheat straw pulp-cooking in pulping and paperrnaking process, the new combined process of chemical fertilizer pulping with wheat straws and inorgmtic fertilizer is proposed, and a new resource technology for black liquid separated and extracted by the process of 'three extrusion and two replacement' is also put forward, which includes: evaporation concentration, modified hybrid and spray drying process, the practical result shows that this new technology can not only eliminate the pollutants of black liquids from chemical pulping and papermaking, but also use the black liquids to produce a new environment friendly fertilizer which can harness deserts.
