Research on Information Ecology System Imbalance on Internet

根据Internet环境下信息生态系统(IIES)失衡现象,对信息生态系统的主要构成要素及其彼此之间的相互作用机制进行分析;用成本-收益范式分析IIES中重要构成要素"人"的行为规则,揭示Internet环境下信息生态系统演化模型(IIESEM)其内在演化动力;根据IIESEM模型,从信息计量的角度,揭示信息生态系统失衡的根本原因,并提出有效对策。

According to the phenomena of the information ecology （IIES） imbalance on Internet, this paper analyses the main elements of ⅡES and the acting mechanism between these elements, indicates the ecology cycle in IIES; analyses the acting rule of people which exists as on important elpment in ⅡES by using the method of the cost-income paradigm, proposes the evolution model of the information ecosystem （ ⅡESEM ）, and analyses the inner motivity of ⅡESEM, discovers the basic reason of the information ecology imbalance from the point of information measurement, and affords some effective counter measurements.
