中国产业结构转换与大学生就业关联性研究

Research on the Association between Transformation of China' Industry Structure and College Students' Employments

文章运用因素分析法,比较分析了行业构成变化与大学生就业的关系,得出的结论是,大学生在不同行业中具有不同的就业特征,高校毕业生供给总量与结构受产业结构转换质量的制约。作者认为,提升产业结构转换质量和水平,改善大学生就业供给结构,加大就业技能培训体系建设是解决大学生就业问题的主要途径。

This paper focuses on the relationship between the transformation of industrial structure and college students' employment by exploring factors with respect to industry and employment.The structure and supply of college graduates are determined by how well industries transform from the labor-intensive pattern to knowledge-intensive one.Therefore,the basic solutions to college graduates’ employment are to improve the quality of industrial transformation,optimize the structure of supply of college graduates and strengthen the system of skill training.
