面向业务知识的工作流动态生成方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前工作流生成研究大多都仅限于工作流建模阶段的自动创建,缺乏对执行阶段动态生成支持的不足,该文采用流程模式作为业务知识的表示工具,并基于流程模式提出一个面向业务知识、目标驱动的工作流生成方法。通过创建、细化和重规划3个算法实现了工作流生成中自动创建、运行时细化和变更的完整支持。该方法提高了流程系统的易用性、灵活性与自适应性,并通过相关研究比较说明该方法在知识应用、功能支持以及应用实现等方面的优点。 Most current workflow researches focus on static workflow generation, i.e. automatic workflow construction, rather than dynamic workflow generation. This paper utilizes process patterns as a representation structure for capturing business knowledge and expertise. An integrated planning approach is then developed for workflow generation including automatic creation, incremental refinement, and changes in workflow execution. The method can improve the usability, flexibility, and adaptability of workflow systems. Compared with existing approaches, this approach provides improved knowledge usage, dynamic workflow generation support, and implementation.
