摘要
运用文献资料法和电话访谈法、实地调查等研究方法,以社会学、市场营销学为依据,并根据从事健身俱乐部工作及研究的经验,对健身俱乐部私人教练职业特点、职业化内容及途径进行了探讨,以推动和促进我国健身私人教练职业化更加健康、规范、有序、快速地发展。
This paper uses literature review, telephone interview, and fieldwork method and take sociology and marketing as the basis, then discusses on the fitness club personal coaches' professional characteristic, the professionalism content and path according to the work and research experience in fimess club, in order to promote personal coaches professionalism in China in a healthy, standard, ordered and fast development.
