研制开发出一种实用新型铅球投掷训练器,并运用该投掷训练器对铅球选修课的大学生进行一学期试验,结果表明实验后实验班的投掷技术与运动成绩明显优于对照班,该铅球投掷训练器科学实用,符合铅球背向滑步投掷技术的原理与特点,能有效提高铅球背向滑步投掷技术和成绩。

A new shot put training instrument is designed and applied to test in selected shot-put course for university students for one semester, The result shows that shot putting technique and results of experimental class are obvious better than that of control class. So this shot put training instrument is functional and scientific, according to the principle of back slippery technique, and can improve performance and technique of back slipperyeffectively.
