摘要
动力拉伸和静力拉伸方法的生理学机制不同,因此,在拉伸效果方面存在着差异。发现两种不同拉伸方式的效果对柔性素质训练具有一定的指导意义。采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对静力拉伸和动力拉伸的实验进行了系统分析与研究。研究证明动力拉伸和静力拉伸都能够提高柔韧性;静力性拉伸在提高练习者柔韧性方面比动力性拉伸更明显。
Static stretching and dynamic stretching, which perform as guide of flexibility training, have different mechanisms on physiology, so the effects are different. By methods of literature review, experiments and mathematical statistics, we study the two different kinds of stretching. It concludes that they are both effective and static stretching can improve flexibility more obviously than dynamic stretching.
