对我国转型期体操后备人才培养的设想

Consideration on Reserved Gymnasts' Cultivation in the Period of Transformation in China

从社会学、教育学以及系统论的视角,探讨了我国经济转型期中体操后备人才培养问题,提出了构建新型体操后备人才培养模式的基本设想。指出:人才培养是一个系统工程,在这系统中的任何一个环节出了问题,将对整个系统功能的实现产生消极影响。因此,我们有必要在转型期从社会学及系统论视角,对体操后备人才培养的问题进行认真的思考。扩大各省市体校的输送功能;珍惜退役运动员的技术资源;加强各省市体操中心与体育院校的联合办学,是转型期体操后备人才培养应给予高度关注的问题。体操后备人才培养模式,应注重"源"的拓宽与开发;将学习层路径"与"训练层路径"有机的"融合";注重"宽进、多层、多向"的办学理念,使运动员的"入、训、出"形成了一个良性运转的循环体系。

The paper investigates the issue of reserved gymnasts＇ cultivation in economic transformation of China and puts forward a new mode of reserved gymnasts＇ cultivation from the perspective of sociology, pedagogy and systematology. Talent cultivation is systera and errors in any part will have negative effect on the function of system. So it requires consideration frcrn the perspective of sociology and systematology in the transformation. Problems in the reserved gymnasts＇ cultivation in the transformation which need to be emphasized include increasing the import of provincial sport schools, cherishing technical resource of retired gymnasts and promoting joint school of provincial gymnastics centers and sport universities. The new mode of cultivation should pay attention on the development of source and combination of literacy and training. School concept of ＂wide accept, multi-layer, multi-direction＂ should he emphasized for a healthy cycled system for gymnasts＇ start, training and retirement.
