摘要
用乙基纤维素、高岭土制备了呋喃丹控释颗粒剂.研究了控释颗粒剂G1、G2和常规颗粒剂G3释放呋喃丹的速率.常规制剂释放呋喃丹的速率比控释制剂释放呋喃丹的速率高得多.G2的释放速率比G1的释放速率高.释药动力学表明,G1在前50%药物释放符合零级动力学,在整个释药过程中符合一级动力学.G2和G3释放呋喃丹符合一级动力学.
Controlledrelease formulations of carbofuran were prepared in ethylcellulose using kaolin as an filler. The rates of release of the carbofuran were studied. The result show that rate of release of the carbofuran is higher from the commercial gormulation than from the controlledrelease formulations, the rate of release of G2 formulation the is higher than that G1. The release kinetics of drug is described, G1 is in accordance with zeroorder kinetics for the first 50% of drug and with firstorder kinetics for the all G2 and G3 is accordance with firstorder kinetics.
