摘要 交流斩波控制调压技术是一种新型的高性能的交流调压技术,在中小交流调压领域获得广泛应用。设计的交流斩波器采用了带电流电压相位检测的非互补的控制方式,通过DSP对检测的电压电流信号进行处理,通过PI调节器调节脉冲宽度,从而形成了整个系统的闭环控制,最终实现了对斩波器中IGBT的开通控制,达到稳定输出电压的目的。分析了主电路的基本工作原理、控制模式及系统的硬件和软件设计,实验验证了该调制技术对交流系统侧谐波电压具有良好的抑制能力。 AC chopper regulator to control the voltage of technology is a new type of high-performance technical exchange regulator, in the field of small and medium-sized exchange regulator is widely available. This article is designed to exchange the chopper used with current and voltage phase detection of non-complementary control, through PI regulator, Regulate the pulse width, thus forming a closed-loop control system, the ultimate realization of a chopper in the opening IGBT control, to achieve the objective of a stable output voltage. This paper analyzes the main circuit of the basic working principle, control systems and models of hardware and software design. Experimental results show that it has good performance in harmonic voltage suppression.
