夫妻暴力是家庭暴力中最常见的一种,也是影响最大的一种家庭暴力,而遏制夫妻暴力,必须加强对夫妻暴力的法律干预。只有在对夫妻暴力的法律干预中存在的问题进行分析研究的基础上,才能提出在立法完善上的建议。完善现有的立法,增设保护令制度和婚内赔偿制度,有利于预防和制止夫妻暴力。

Only on the basis of studying the problems existed in the legal intervention of couple violence can suggestions be raised to perfect legislation. To improve the present legislation and supplement the protecting system and marriage compensation institution will be favorable to prevent and eliminate the couple violence.
