摘要
本文采用问卷的形式调查家长在幼儿同伴冲突的性质、态度、原因、干预策略等四个维度上的认识,同时用观察法了解家长面对幼儿的冲突所采用的干预策略。结果显示:家长观念上对幼儿的同伴冲突认识较全面,既能认识到冲突对幼儿社会性发展的积极作用,又能针对不同程度的冲突采取不同的策略。但是家长对幼儿的同伴冲突的认识具有表面性,观念上的干预策略与实际采用的干预策略并不一致,家长较多采用的是高控制、高干预策略。
This paper investigates parents' understanding of infants' conflict on character, attitude, cause and intervening strategies with questionnaire investigation. And this paper analyzes the parents' intervening strategies by observational research. The results show: parents' cognition on infants' conflict is comprehensive; they can realize the positive role of conflict on infants' societal development and take different strategies while facing different conflicts. But the parents' conception on conflict is superficial and the conceptional intervening strategies are not in line with those in practice. Parents are used to using strategies with more domination and intervention.
