从“温州制造”的困境看中国民营制造企业的发展

The Future Development of China's Private Manufacturing Industries Seen from the Difficulties of Wen Zhou Manufacturing

近几年,国际原材料价格随着世界经济增长的稳步加快而呈现出不断上涨的态势。特别是美元持续走低以及2007年下半年美国爆发的次贷危机,都推动了国际原油、黄金和原材料价格的大幅提升。这使得主要依靠原材料和人工,且附加值较低的加工制造企业遭遇致命性打击。中国自改革开放以来,长江三角洲和东南部沿海地区就承接了作为世界较多轻工业产品加工制造基地的重任,虽然已为世界经济和中国经济增长起到了卓越的贡献,但目前正经受着这一轮国际经济形势震荡的重创。以中国温州民营制造企业正在面临的困境为切入点,逐步分析我国民营制造业的困境、问题以及解决当前困境和继续发展的对策。

Recently, with the smooth growth of the world＇ s economy, the international price of raw materials, gold and oil has been rising constantly, especially due to the depreciation of the US dollar and the US Loan-to-Crisis happened in ane second half of 2007. This is a fatal blow to the manufacturing industries which rely much on raw materials and labors while produce low value-added products. Since China＇ s reform and opening up, the Yangtze River Delta and the southeastern coastal areas have been major fields where more light industrial products of the world are produced and have done great contribution to the economic growth of the world as well as China. Involved in the turbulence of the international eeonomic situation, Wen Zhou private manufacturing industries are suffering great difficulties even the risk of death. How to shake off the dilemma and try to find a way out are mainly discussed in this paper.
