As a significant part, me teachers＇ reilects the political thoughts, policies goal and guiding principle of a society as well as its morals requirement. Young teachers in higher institutions is a major force in staff, whose morals standard not only affects teaching team and teaching quality, but also plays an important role in instructing students. Therefore, focusing on the developing of young teachers, especially tostcring their morals cultivation is a significant part in higher education contmcfions.
